New Adventure Playground in Ventana Underway

A new adventure playground in Ventana is officially underway in Phase 2 of our community! Located adjacent to the Ventana Amenity Center, the playground is scheduled to open this summer and will feature play equipment for both young and older children, trails, an event lawn and a new parking area.

Adventure Playground

The adventure playground in Ventana includes playground equipment for all ages. Older kids will love the climbing wall, artificial turf play berms, a rainbow climber, swings, an open play area and slides built into the park topography.

Play equipment for younger children includes a double bobble, fort, cozy dome and a shade sail to keep everyone cool and comfortable.

New Trails

The adventure playground in Ventana will connect to a new trail system wrapping around Phase 2, giving homeowners more opportunities for outdoor fitness.

Other Features

An open event lawn adjacent to the adventure playground in Ventana will be the perfect place for future lifestyle events coordinated by our community manager, Brandy. Additionally, to meet the needs of our growing community, a new parking area will be added near the playground and Amenity Center.
