Meet the New Ventana Community Manager

We are thrilled to welcome Dedra Salisbury as our new Ventana community manager! Dedra will be tasked with management of finances, common areas and all resident-care related items including the organization and planning of lifestyle events for our homeowners.

About Dedra

Dedra Salisbury brings over 16 years of property management and customer service experience from her prior positions throughout this industry.

Dedra has developed her skills related to serving others, organization and leadership throughout her professional career and is excited to start another chapter as the new General Manager of the Ventana Homeowners Association. One conversation with Dedra and you will immediately see her passion for making others feel valued. She has genuine enthusiasm toward customer service and problem solving. We know that she will be a bright new addition to Ventana.

Where are you from?

I am originally from Detroit, Michigan but have called Texas home since 2009. 

What types of programs are you looking forward to putting together for residents? 

I am looking to bring even more exciting events in 2020. Coffee and Donuts, new homeowner gatherings, wine walks, and so much more.  I will also be researching ways to bring health and fitness classes at the amenity center…. Think Yoga, healthy meal demonstrations, and more!

What are your hobbies?  

I love to travel and see the world. I am an avid reader and enjoy laying in the sun on a bright sunny warm day devouring a good book. I am a social butterfly and love getting out and trying new adventures.

What’s your favorite food? 

A Coney dog minus the onions from Michigan! Second, any Italian pasta! 

Who are your favorite sports teams?   

Detroit, Tigers!! Houston Astros, Texas Rangers, NY Yankees!! All baseball all the time 😊
