Ventana is a master-planned community of over 700 acres set in the picturesque sprawling hills of west Fort Worth. Ventana, Spanish for ‘window’, is named for its incredible views of downtown Fort Worth to the east, Benbrook lake to the south, and miles of open ranchland to the west. Ventana is part of the highly acclaimed Benbrook attendance zone of Fort Worth ISD. Students attend Rolling Hills Elementary (PK-5) and Benbrook Middle-High campus (6-12).

At Ventana, the HOA dues are $960 billed annually on January 1st. This includes the maintenance of the common areas and amenities as well as lifestyle programming and community events planned by a community lifestyle director.
